WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT "COLLAGEN" ?

Let's talk about a little bit of...    

Do you know what collagen is in our body?                                                            Many of us talk about collagen here, and there, but most of us don't really know what it is, I include myself in the list. So I started to investigate...

In my previous article entitled "The inevitable of aging", referring to the interesting topic about what "collagen" means in our body, it occurred to me to investigate a little more, and find out about it. Types of Collagen                                                                                                                          Wow! There are more than 19 types of collagen, which are closely related, but different from each other.

The main types of collagen are:

Type II: It is present in the cartilages, structures of embryos and in the vitreous humor of the eye. I do not know what it is ... Well...
